Microsoft Store is home to everything from Surface devices to Xbox to movies and TV. And at the start of 2023, Microsoft wanted Store to dip its toes into TikTok.
This worked out, because we were also interested in creating for TikTok.
So, we got started on shaping our TikTok approach as both a brand and an agency. And after some bumps along the road, changing app features and legal policies, and 150k followers later, these are the initial results.
