We placed the ads around a supermarket, reminding people of how things might go wrong in the kitchen – and showing them that there’s a simple way to make things right.

And for those who didn’t take our advice, we made a way for them to make it up to those who were expecting a slightly less overcooked, undercooked, exploded, underseasoned, overseasoned, or inedible meal: apology cards.
